Computer network management course cover a range of topics related to designing, configuring and managing computer networks. The course started with basic understanding of how computers network works, IP Address, Subnetting and implement some basic function of printer and folder sharing on the same subnet. Participants would also learn how to configure Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), setting up HTTP Server and Local DNS. In the topics of managing LAN, participant learn how to configure Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), Network Address Translation (NAT), and Hotspot for managing users. Participant also learn how to configure wireless to make Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). After all of that participant will learn how to perform an analysis about the quality of the network, do the monitoring and finally designing computer from scratch base on some case examples.
