This course will examine into the core principles and practices of purchasing, covering topics such as key documents in procurement process, supplier selection, purchasing strategies, global procurement, ICT in purchasing process, ethical consideration and emerging trends in purchasing. The learners will learn how to analyses supplier markets, manage supplier relationship to optimize value for their organization.
