The main purpose of training-this course is to train students with the basic methods of manufacturing machine parts for various purposes, as well as to study the patterns of technological processes and their manufacture. Based on the goals, the objectives of the course are to instill in students the skills of designing technological processes of mechanical processing of machine parts, their assembly, the choice of methods for obtaining blanks, the choice of technological equipment, cutting and measuring tools.
The function of the course is to familiarize students with the history engineering, basic concepts, rules and structures production and technological processes, the analysis of the main patterns and errors in manufacturing processes, and calculation and the choice of the most productive options, including the development of advanced technological processes, a detailed evaluation, raw materials, cutting
tools, precise selection of cutting tools and documentation technological processes, as well as training quality products with in terms of accuracy, surface finish and technical profitability.
