This course will teach students how to discover, test, define, and execute winning digital business strategies. It will enable them to understand and practice the skills that have propelled the growth of such ideas into the world's fastest-growing companies. After successfully completing this course, students will be able to do the following:
- Brainstorm compelling digital business ideas by applying the five tests of a great
entrepreneurial idea;
- Validate and improve these ideas by using prototypes to discover the best product/market
fit;
- Formulate a market-share-winning digital business strategy based on delivering
customers a quantum value leap;
- Raise capital while maintaining control by varying capital sources at four stages of
startup development;
- Build an outstanding team by creating a culture that attracts and motivates top talent and
turns customers into advocates for your company;
- Maintain rapid growth as technology, customer needs, and competitor strategies change
by chaining five vectors into a sustainable growth trajectory
