The course of skills in court in enforment is a lesson that meets the actual requirements of the professional training course in implementing of court judment at the National Institute of Justice of the Lao PDR, in a legal professional course or in implementing of court adjugment. Based on the professional course in implement of court decision, No. 4095, dated 8/9/2021 approved by the Minister of Education and Sports, a course in implementation of court decisions (specific section), the course to be used in teaching and learning which includes 05 main contents: 1. Skills in implementing court decision; 2. Skill in using legal measures to implement court decisio; 3. Property and financial management skills related to the implementation of court decision; 4. The ability to suspend, change, cancel or eliminate the enforment of the court's adjustment; 5. Have skills in managing and storing decisions, compiling statistics and using statistical database programs
