This course aims at addressing the sudden changes that affect supply changes and cause business post poor perfomance or close down all together. Of critical importance is that business owners have no control and the best they can do is to mitigate business in such a way that when the change occures they are well prepared to cope with effect of change . After effects of a rapid change firms should be able to recover and move on to improve the perfomance.
