The aim of any firm is to grow beyond it original location to other parts of the natation and keep growing to international and global levels. This course is meant to prepare scholars and managers to understand the international business environment terranes so that the can lead high performance of their organization at the global levels. The course develops your ability to understand various cultures and environment in terms of political, economic, finance, Human resource, marketing, legal and others at the global and international level. This is a 3 CU (Credit Unit) PhD degree course taken in the first semester of studies in an business administration program. This course equips students with management skills to lead organizations to high performance level and long live at the international platform.
