The instructor's apply my leadership development experience in South Korea and Timor-Leste with the hopeseller leadership model. The reason why I focus on leadership more than any others inside organizational behaviors because I regard it as the core element of organizational behavior disciplines.
This course has main text book, but class content will be derived from many other materials rather than sticking on one source.
