This subject belongs to the National Institute of Justice of Laos training course, issued by the Minister of the Ministry of Justice in 2018. The training course documents in 2020 determined the significance of three issues: the fundamentals of advertising regulation, the law of advertising manners, and the responsible organization and civil servants about the law of advertising. The notion of advertising regulation skills includes two filed of law, the first suggests will introducing the fundamental of the advertising regulation skills or mechanism, and the second suggests the various advertising mechanism for the citizens which was conducted in Lao PDR. This course will handle both, and a special emphasis will be given to the latter. Advertising or propaganda skills are developed through the merit of tradition until the reformation into the regulations. This course will also discuss the recent and current trends in the field of advertising regulation skills.
